Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of O2C and P2P processes in Oracle Cloud ERP (functional configuration, process mapping, testing, and go-live).

• Conduct functional analysis of client requirements, design solutions aligned with Oracle best practices, and translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with the development team.

• Configure and parameterize relevant modules (Receivables, Billing, Cash Management, Procurement, Payables, Supplier Management) and integrate them with other ERP areas.

• Prepare and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT), create test scripts, and support clients during validation phases.

• Provide post-implementation support, incident diagnosis, issue resolution, and propose continuous improvements.

• Develop functional documentation and user manuals, as well as deliver training to internal teams and clients.

• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery teams, and technology partners on estimates, commercial proposals, and solution design.

• Contribute to the improvement of methodologies and implementation assets, promoting reuse and efficiency across projects.

Main Skills:

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on O2C and/or P2P (minimum 3 years preferred).

• Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes, including billing, collections, customer management, procurement, and payments.

• Ability to configure relevant Oracle Cloud modules and experience with integration and reporting tools.

• Experience in preparing functional documentation, creating test scripts, and leading UAT sessions with stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills, client-facing abilities, and results-oriented mindset.

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites and work within multidisciplinary teams.

• Oracle Cloud certifications (preferred) and experience with Agile methodologies will be considered an advantage.
