This role is pivotal in delivering robust, insightful, and actionable data solutions to drive business success. The successful candidate will design and develop dashboards, create meaningful metrics, and maintain efficient data models, ensuring the highest standards in data accuracy, accessibility, and visualization. The role also includes responsibility for end-to-end ETL processes, advanced SQL and Python programming, and the management of Power BI workspaces within cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, ensuring visual clarity and business relevance.

· Develop and implement new metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators in collaboration with business units.

· Build, maintain, and optimize data models to support efficient reporting and analytics.

· Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

· Write, review, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

· Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and integration tasks.

· Work with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deploy and manage data solutions.

· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Power BI, including DAX language and workspace management.

· Ensure data security, compliance, and governance in all aspects of data handling and reporting.

· Provide technical support and training to business users on Power BI dashboards and data models.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Strong experience in developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.

· Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power BI workspace management.

· Proven experience with data modelling and ETL processes.

· Excellent skills in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

· Proficient in Python, particularly for data transformation and automation tasks.

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics role within a similar industry.

· Proven track record of managing Power BI workspaces in a corporate environment.

· Knowledge of data security, privacy, and governance best practices.
